Global power of women empowerment in the future is important to earth's survival.

It is time to give the female of the sentient intelligent beings species her due. Men are important but so are women. Male and female were created equal to be companions.

Women Empowerment Sustaining a Vision of Business Influence without fuel may be difficult. So I decided to write a simple story, "It´s not personal; it´s business on the Internet and Interstate Highways."

Being one woman I was planning my passion of dreams for future progress and growth sustainability globally. I was born a white Anglo Saxon American protestant and I lived in the best country in the world. This was an international melting pot of cultures and religions. I realize that I have a lot to learn and words are a tool of my trade as is researching findings of facts. I needed to investigate some concerns I had as a woman in business.

I pride myself in being a good investigative reporter but I was now leaning toward being called a freelance journalist. My tools are my computer, cell phone, and digital camera. Thus far, I have been given plenty of writing assignments for newspapers and magazines but being paid to write is not easy. I began a quest for knowledge on the Internet highway regarding business around the Internet and Interstate highways. There were plenty of obstacles to overcome.

People in business refer one to their website address and we travel the Internet highway until we need to physically travel the interstate highway. My woman owned small business requires me to travel sometimes in order to complete an investigative report.

Business has changed and now we use the Internet Highway as much as the Interstate Highway regarding business planning. How do women around the world fit into a vision of business on the Internet? After doing some research, I soon realized that there are many levels.

Being a globally syndicated journalist of America on the Internet highway, readers have inquired as to why I live in Beaver Dam, Kentucky and ask what Interstate is near me. People in the world can access a photo of your place of business. We are not only now known by what our Internet address is but our Internet Highway address now in business.

I once had offices in Houston, Birmingham, Honolulu, Atlanta, and New York City before moving to Ohio County, Kentucky by choice. These larger cities of America all had Interstates and easy access with on and off ramps. I do not find this to be the case of Kentucky parkways. Kentucky parkways need more access for business communities.

The on and off ramps did affect my present job looking for stories. Reality set into my passion of dreams as a writer. Money and who decides for all of us in general about how to spend our tax dollars was a whole other story to research. Kentucky like many states in the United States needs a lot of things.

We can all dream but we have to begin our dreams locally at home. Otherwise the thoughts and dreams are never brought into fruition. I have many ideas and many concerns but I have to learn, research, and understand my ideas in order to find out how to make them real. Many people never get past the basics of food, clothing, and shelter needs to even consider their dreams and their futures. This is one reason I believe we have so much crime in the world is the need for the basics to survive. That is another story too. I have many stories because I have many concerns and most are all global concerns.

Fuel prices are considered in people's decisions as to how far away they can look for jobs. People living in rural communities really have a rough time. The closest city to me is twenty five miles with any major chains or factories and I was a white collar with an investigative background in report writing. I knew a little about the government and transportation, maybe I could talk to someone in the transportation cabinet. At least I could find out if we will ever get on and off ramps on these parkways.

I contacted Robin Jenkins, the Public Relations Officer for the Transportation Cabinet in Frankfort who directed me to the www.transportation.ky.gov website. My passion of dreams became even more bleak as I read about the problems and overburden of the fixed costs on highway requirements and how our fuel taxes are so important to our overall economy. How can we operate a business in Kentucky or anywhere for that matter, while all that we as the public took for granted is ever increasing in cost and expenses around the world and we are all responsible as consumers. These were important issues for women in America. How about in other countries.

This is basic business planning of income versus expenses in America and globally. Robin gave me the names of Becky Judson and Kirsten Jaggers who are Pubic Information Officers and also suggested I contact my legislature and Governor´s office as there is a budget shortfall nationwide. Robin also explained that area development districts funds come from different funding sources including gasoline tax for our highway prospects.

I dropped down a few steps on the power rungs and concentrated on my area and how far I could go and return on one tank of gas. The price of fuel would decide how far I could extend my local and regional readership in Kentucky on the Interstate Highway versus my global readership globally. I get roughly 18 miles per gallon and it takes between $80 and $100 to fill my gas tank. I travel to Bowling Green monthly for a meeting and this takes $25 per trip. The delicate balancing act as always seems to boil down to assets.

My financial concerns were nothing compared to other women. I was concerned about women in other countries and how they were treated. The war against terror had taught me much about the way women were treated in some countries. Treatment was based on old belief systems based on religions. The twenty-first century did not mean a thing to some women. The fact that religion and culture was so important on earth was something that interested me as a writer. I learned about women who once had access to the world through television and that changed. These women were mostly in Iraq and Iran and were Muslim women. How could women in the twenty-first century be treated as chattel.

Women cover themselves in Burkas, a long hooded garment to hide themselves from men in public. This is enforced in some countries that practice Islam or are under Muslim rule. I think that this is wrong. The women in Iraq, and Iran are not really allowed to weigh all the options the world has to offer. The women are governed by men and their religion. How can this be happening in this day and time. It should be a person's individual decision as to how they think and believe. I realize we have rules on earth but they should be established for all of earth not just some. Males and females as women and men in the flesh were created equal as sentient intelligent beings.

I know some extraterrestrial women who wear robes but this is by choice not because they have to based on religious or cultural traditions. I also realize that there are people on earth that are not aware of other worlds, galaxies, beings, and ways of living. There is so much that is only shared by some and not all with regard to information, education, awareness, and intelligent knowledge of the universe.

Some women do not have these opportunities to think like I was being given at this time. To be able to think for myself and have the freedom that America offers me makes me very proud to be American. Women in general around the world as a whole were needing assistance. How could women in other countries sustain a vision of business influence when they were not allowed to be educated much less utilized as an asset.

My quest for knowledge regarding women in business had to be addressed to a much higher order. I began researching the Internet and came to the United Nations and the interest in women in business. I had gone from locally to Internationally. Here is one email I received by joining a free UN email list. The forum was part of a regular seminar series organized by Ms. Heyzer to provide a platform for debating and discussing issues relevant to the Asia-Pacific region.

WOMEN´S EMPOWERMENT KEY TO ACHIEVING DEVELOPMENT TARGETS, UN FORUM TOLD- New York, Aug 6 2008 1:10PM

Women´s empowerment is critical for countries in Asia and the Pacific to advance towards achieving the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which range from halving extreme poverty to halting the spread of HIV/AIDS, all by 2015, according to participants at a United Nations forum held in the Thai capital.

"Where´s the Power in Women´s Empowerment?" – organized by the Bangkok-based UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) – examined issues related to women´s empowerment and the achievement of the gender-related MDGs, as well as power relations and violence against women.

The forum heard that while advances in policies and legislation were needed to enable women to take up their roles in society, real change and progress will only occur when obstacles to empowerment are removed. These include entrenched structures, values and power relations which shape local policies, communities and cultural beliefs and women´s daily lives.

Development goals in Asia and the Pacific will be endangered if unequal power relations are not challenged and transformed, ESCAP Executive Secretary Noeleen Heyzer told the forum.

A group of experts that addressed the forum, including Yakin Ertürk, the UN Special Rapporteur on violence against women, cautioned that laws supportive of women, improvements to women´s access to resources, and political participation do not, by themselves, change relations of power. Culture and religion continue to be used by a privileged few to legitimize gendered power structures, they added.

Ms. Ertürk noted that violence, which was often used as "a tool to keep women in their place," impairs women´s abilities, influences their daily decisions, and has long flourished in the protected private sphere.

"Silence and secrecy are a shelter for power and its abuses," she said, noting that the fact that the issue of violence against women is now on the global agenda is a sign that the silence has been broken. 2008-08-06 00:00:00.000 -For more details go to UN News Centre at http://www.un.org/news.

After reading this, I thought about all the women´s issues in the world and how I could assist in making the world a better place for women. My desires were to leave the world a better place than when I arrived and was sure that this was a mission for each being in physical matter. I learned very quickly that the human brain inside the physical body can make one seem small and unimportant when one based one´s importance on money and greed. Maybe money was the root of all evil. But money was simply an exchange rate used on earth in all countries that had businesses and capitalism had been proved to work for all businesses globally.

Being a mother in America meant also providing financially. I think about all the women who have children and are unable to care for them. Poorer countries around the world are dealing with famine and starvation. One of the worst droughts in Africa about 1984 was caused due to the change in global warming. The natural clouds that were around the equator would come up a certain time each year, and somehow due to pollution in the air, the rains did not come as normally expected.

This is a whole other story and I know it in detail but it would take too long. Research global dimming and global warming. These are two separate problems happening on earth at the same time. Global dimming is because our polluted clouds act like mirrors and are reflecting the sun's rays causing a dimming affect. The global warming is caused from the pollution or greenhouse effect that we cause from heavy industry. China, India, and Russia are a large part but America does a major part of pollution making too. There is a delicate balance of global power and women empowerment can lend a caring hand. Women understand Mother Nature for the most part. There are feelings that women have that men do not share. They could come from the female of the species.

There had to be a way to balance the needs of both women and men in all countries.

I am no Nikolo Tesla or Albert Einstein but there has to be something I could do to assist. We all need a purpose in life. The one thing that others were always asking me to do was to write and share and many people emailed me and explained that they too would like to write but that they related to what I said and felt that I could say things in an understanding way that others may respond too as they had.

I believe in assisting everyone regardless of gender, religion, culture, or ethnicity. But, I believe that being a woman does have some issues that could be addressed in business globally. I still pursue other issues but this is becoming one of my main threads and everyone needs a focus. We can all do our part to assist others. Maybe being a woman in business and sustaining a vision of business influence would be enough to give my soul meaning and just maybe could help beings in business too.

I believe that women can make a difference in global empowerment of the future. The future is changing everyday. Particles in physics is described as a subatomic object with both mass and charge. Being that particles come in both female and male packages on earth, the male population may want to consider taking energy down to it's smallest form in business as women empowerment in global power of the future. I know things that in the past I could not share because it was not time. Now as a writer, I feel that sharing information is important for global empowerment of the future. I have concerns about how the world will treat everyone but specially women. My new objective is to be an advocate for change in the future for women empowerment. How exactly I shall proceed is not clear to me but, I have faith that I will be guided in the right direction. That is a whole other story.

Future intelligence and technological advancements is going to see more women in math and science. Particle Physicists can be packaged both smart and pretty in the future. Nuclear power will lead us into stellar space travel. There are women extraterrestrials and they are extremely superior to us on earth. Pay attention to the words ET UFOS, women empowerment and how they affect the global power of the future.

We can all make a difference in global empowerment of the future. Look forward to 2012 and the changes that will occur in our critical mass way of thinking.

God and Goddess powers were apparent and important in ancient civilizations. We should research all the old stories oral and written and learn from the past. There were mistakes made and many had to do with religion and superstitions. This does not mean that cultures and religions are bad. There are some that have been misunderstood.

The leaders of the world need to combine their efforts to make the world a better place to live. Global power will become easier for all when women empowerment is accepted and understood to be an equal balance of energy in everything that has matter and energy.
